BARIATRIC EVALUATIONS​

 

These evaluations are typically scheduled within one to 2 weeks after we receive a referral from your surgeon. They are typically done in our office but if you live outside of the Columbus area we can schedule you to do these evaluations over Zoom. The tests have over 850 questions and can take up to 2 or more hours to finish. After testing is complete a report will be sent to the referring office so you can continue care with your surgeon.
